The tent's frame is constructed using metal pipes. The standard frame is specifically designed for ease of assembly and portability. However, based on customer specifications, frames can be designed and manufactured in different sizes, thicknesses, and features (e.g., increased load capacity or suitability for specific climate conditions). This allows for the provision of flexible and reliable tent frame solutions that meet the unique requirements of each project.

The outer material of the tent is produced to high standards for durability and longevity. The standard model consists of a 100% polyester-based tarpaulin, coated with PVC on both sides, with a material density of 500 g/m². Additionally, it features UV protection, offering resistance against ultraviolet rays and preventing discoloration. Depending on customer needs, various color options, material densities, and additional features (such as fire retardancy and extra UV protection) can be incorporated, providing external material solutions suitable for all needs and usage conditions.

The insulation material is made from 200 g/m² air-bubble bizofil felt. The liner material is 70 g/m² non-woven spunbond P.P fabric. The liner is laid over the frame and secured to it using drawstrings, ensuring a stable attachment.
